Domino's has suffered from a bad reputation in recent years and it culminated with a viral video last year made by two employees doing some gross things to the pizza. They are launching a turnaround by completely changing their products - all new ingredients and everything. They are using social media to help spread the word. The advantage of YouTube and video sharing online is that you can use more than 30 seconds to share something important. Here is what Domino's did:
