You Have to Care for Your Customers

And How Social Media is Changing Business


Social media such as Twitter, Facebook, You Tube etc.. are completely changing business. One happy or unhappy customer has the ability to tell the world very quickly and easily. Because of that you need to actually care for your customers. Anything else will cost you business.
